Jim serves as Oxford’s controller. He is a seasoned finance professional with high attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Jim oversees the daily processes of accounts payable and accounts receivable, along with coordinating the biweekly payroll. He produces monthly financial reports that summarize Oxford’s current financial health and identifies areas to control costs. Jim performs extensive budgeting and forecasting scenarios, financial modeling, and monthly financial statement analysis. In addition, he executes and maintains Oxford’s database of client master service agreements and advises on the drafting of client scopes of work.
