Guita co-founded Oxford Communications with her husband, John, and Chuck Whitmore in 1986. Since that time, she has played a key role in designing and implementing the agency’s strategies, plans and procedures as well as establishing the business’ goals for performance and growth. As the COO, she has expanded the three-person agency into one of New Jersey’s most prominent marketing entities. Guita possesses the insight to grow the services offered by Oxford to keep pace with the ever-changing trends of the advertising industry.
