Oxford Holds 5th Annual Oxford Olympics

LAMBERTVILLE, N.J., June 11, 2015 – The recession is over. College students are graduating, and earlier this week, the U.S. Department of Labor reported job openings have hit a 15-year high. That’s precisely why a group of professional services employees will dress up as Nerds, Band Geeks, Goths, Preps and Hipsters and compete in an outdoor field games completion: to attract and retain top-tier millennial talent.

WHAT: Oxford Olympics Field Day: More than 40 corporate employees will dress in high school-themed stereotype costumes and compete in a series of outdoor athletic contests and spirit activities designed to build morale, and attract and retain millennial talent.
